Led by guest conductor Lorin Maazel, the renowned Vienna Philharmonic presents its annual open-air concert, this year saluting Wagner and Verdi, in the magnificent gardens of Austria’s Imperial Schönbrunn Palace. Tenor Michael Schade is the featured soloist. Selections include music from Aida, Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg, Otello, Tristan und Isolde and La Forza del Destino.

Objects exciting the experts include a relic from HMS Victory, a mystery device once used to make explosions which has some of the officer cadets confused, plus perhaps the largest piece made by Fabergé ever seen on the show.

But sadness comes hot on the heals of joy as Robert discovers that he has lost his precious tools and, by the same token, the means to feeding his family.

WSKG’s Artist Café showcases an expansive variety of national and local artists including photographers, dancers, poets and many more. This week we feature a piece by Independent Producer Jon Walley on Joby Springsteen and FBM Bikes, the Rembrandt exhibit at the Milwaukee Art Museum, an artist's residency program in Nebraska called Art Farm, and 'Tinsel' an exhibit at the American Folk Art Museum in NYC.
