Maestro & Co. – Spotlight on Tri-Cities Opera’s 65th Anniversary Season
Tri-Cities Opera’s Artistic Director/Conductor, Scott Bergeson, is your host and guide for this musical travelogue from Seville to Vienna. Starring Resident Artists, including Masters of Music in Opera singers (TCO’s joint degree program with Binghamton University), performing highlights from TCO’s “65 and SO Alive” season of Bizet’s Carmen, Mozart’s Don Giovanni and Johann Strauss’ Die Fledermaus.

Michael Davidman in association with the Classical Pianists of the Future
At 15 years old, New York City-born pianist Michael Davidman has claimed top prizes at over a dozen competitions, has appeared as soloist with orchestra in performances of some of the most demanding piano literature, has had his own compositions performed, and has been presented before some of today’s most illustrious musicians.

Native Sons Jazz Trio
After returning to his hometown of Cooperstown in 2005, Tim Iversen met up with bassist William C. Green to work on the blueprint for a new jazz group. With the addition of local drummer Orion Palmer, the final piece fell into place and The Native Sons Jazz Trio was formed. Drawing on their diverse musical backgrounds, each originating in Cooperstown, the trio has an ever-growing repertoire that will impress the jazz aficionado and entertain all.

David Heiss, cello & Warren Jones, piano
David Heiss is a member of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra and principal cellist of The New York Pops at Carnegie Hall. He has played with Hootie and the Blowfish and the Goo Goo Dolls on the Today Show and Late Night with David Letterman.
Warren Jones is Principal Pianist for the exciting California-based chamber music group Camerata Pacifica. In the past he has partnered such great performers as Marilyn Horne, Håkan Hagegård, Kathleen Battle, Barbara Bonney, Carol Vaness, Judith Blegen, Tatiana Troyanos and Martti Talvela.
