The four aspects of our complex relationship with food are explored: (Entrepreneurial Spirit) the preference to eat foods grown by people using local resources; (Eating Implications) when, where, and with whom we eat; (Seed Savers) keepers of the seeds; and, (Economic Efficiencies ) sacrificing lifestyle and sense of community when striving for efficiency in agriculture.
