EVENING FOR EDUCATORS

Join WSKG at Corning Museum of Glass hosts its annual free professional development event, Evening for Educators.. Dr. Marvin Bolt, the Museum’s new curator of science and technology, will discuss science-related objects in the Museum’s collection, and Kelley Elliott, curatorial assistant of modern glass, will present a preview of the René Lalique: Enchanted by Glass exhibition, opening May 17. The Museum’s education staff will highlight ways to connect Museum programs, objects, and exhibitions to your curriculum needs.

WSKG will feature Agnes: Flood of '72 Classroom Elements, offering teachers standards-aligned toolkits, on-demand media, and strategies for implementation.

Teachers are invited to stay for 2300˚, the art happening immediately following.
