The U.S frozen food market is on the rise; it’s expected to become a 70-billion-dollar industry in the next two years.

Upstate New York got in on the action last year when the French company Bonduelle  acquired three frozen vegetable facilities in the region.

As the Innovation Trail’s Kate O’Connell reports, local growers are looking to benefit from the company’s expansion plans.
