Making Movies in the Southern Tier

Is the Southern Tier becoming the Hollywood of Upstate New York? Thanks to the Binghamton Film Initiative, over a dozen films have been shot around the Binghamton area over the past couple years. This segment features an interview with director Ethan Alexis Scarduzio, and he explains why shooting a film upstate has major advantages over filming in a bigger city.
