STATE IMPACT PENNSYLVANIA - Eco-advocates say there are a lot of opportunities for lawmakers to act on the environment and climate change in the 2021-22 session. The question is whether they have the will to do it. The General Assembly’s Republican leadership hasn’t yet discussed legislative priorities for the upcoming term, which starts Jan. 5.
