Parent/child workshop:
Hey families, are you gearing up for the LUMA festival in Binghamton? Work alongside your child as they explore STEAM concepts making their very own LED light up bracelet.
This workshop is appropriate for students 11 years old and up.
Use conductive thread, felt, and LEDs to create soft circuits with e-textiles. Your child will learn about simple circuits, e-textiles and how LEDs work.
Workshop will take place in the Uncorked Creations lofts located at 205 State Street, Binghamton. Workshop takes place September 8th from 2pm- 3:30pm.
Cost $30/per bracelet. Parents can stay and assist during workshop.
Registration is limited to thirty participants.
Workshop is in partnership with LUMA Arts Festival.
