Conklin residents say they are shocked one of their own is the suspect of the shooting in Buffalo. But some Black residents in nearby Binghamton are less surprised.
"We want this for people especially with the food prices raising," said General Manager Kinya Middleton. "This will definitely stretch someone’s budget."
"It’s great speaking with a customer, someone who lives on the Northside, who reports that they’re no longer dependent on certain medication because of access."
