Two Democratic candidates looking to challenge Republican Nick Langworthy in the midterms for the 23rd Congressional District seat will begin collecting signatures Feb. 24 for ballot positions in the June primaries.

Judge Patrick McAllister wrote in his decision that he believes the Assembly lines are unconstitutional, but the attempts to intervene in the lawsuit came too late.
