"Party Gras" with the Basin St. Jazz Band on Wednesday, July 15, from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. is Basin St. Jazz Band.

Enjoy music from the Jazz Age a.k.a. Roaring 20s, Jump/Swing, New Orleans Jazz, Mardi Gras favorites, plus a patriotic tribute in honor of America’s 250th anniversary. Bring your lawn chairs and a picnic. Concerts in the Park are free and sponsored in part by the Town of Owego.
