Overdose Awareness Vigil
Tioga County Advocacy, Support, And Prevention (ASAP) Coalition is hosting its Annual Overdose Vigil to honor those we have lost due to overdose. Over ten local agencies will be tabling to provide free life-saving resources and local public speakers sharing their personal experiences with overdose to give hope to community members.
