From the last sixty years, poetic observations of lives and travels in NY: the Bronx, Greenwich Village, Upstate; California: Berkeley, the Sierras, LA; and finally, Italy. The turbulent 60's, the yuppie 80's, the wired-in century's turn, and the pre apocalyptic present. Tales of family and politics with passion, humor, pathos and anger. Memories and dreams of our tribe to recall and remember. A reading of the first published book of poetry by a 75 year old ex activist, actor, professional filmmaker, ex patatriate in Italy, here to visit ailing sister in Ithaca. I would love a shot at reading a poem on WSKG; they are meant to be performed and heard.
