You’ll hear directly from the person who tends the trees, harvests the fruit, and crafts every bottle - a rare, behind-the-scenes look at the art and science of small-production cidermaking. From orchard soil and local climate to fermentation and finish, you’ll discover what sets these ciders apart and why every sip reflects a deep commitment to quality over quantity. Join us for a new spring fundraising event on the morning of the Kentucky Derby! Grab your best dress, your best hat, and your best friends for a celebration of food, fashion, and fun. Prizes will be offered for “Best Dressed” and “Best Hat” and a brief history talk exploring derby fashion, the tradition of tea time, and the connection between women’s suffrage and horse racing will take place midway through the event.
