"Good Vibrations" sounds of the '60s. Tickets are On-Sale Now for the EPAC 1960s Variety Show, Sept. 19th - 21st, 2025.

Ilan and Gavin Kaplan have been improvising together for 8 years, and have known each other for 31. Together, they have taught workshops and performed all around NYC and beyond, including their undefeated run on Improv Cagematch New York, where they won 14x in a row with their team, confusingly named “The Kaplan Brothers”. At this show, Ilan and Gavin will bring the chemistry they’ve been building their entire lives to a hilarious improv performance that creates an entire show on the spot out of a single word suggestion. Don’t believe it’s possible? Come see to find out!

Opening for the Kaplan Cousins are members of Ithaca’s own Third Place Theater, a local improv comedy theater that hosts shows, jams, and other events almost every week. Stay in touch with the Hangar to learn about opportunities for you to learn and perform improv in Ithaca!

Join us at for our seventh annual Renaissance Era Festival on Sunday September 21st at Cornell Cooperative Extension Campus on Upper Front Street in Binghamton from noon to 4PM.

This event was rescheduled from its original date in July due to the storm damage. In addition to showing off Cutler Botanic Garden and it’s Shakespeare Trail, there will be plenty to see and do for adults and children of all ages.

The festival includes theater, live music, dance, a participatory parade, scavenger hunts with prizes, raffles, face painting, selfie stations, vendors, botanical displays, children’s activities, and more!
It’s free and open to the public. Donations gratefully accepted.

It’s a treat for the senses. Come as you are or come in costume.

Enjoy a family-friendly festival celebrating the music, dance and theater of the Renaissance era set in the Cutler Botanic Garden. There is something for everyone… vendors, workshops, costumed characters, face-painting, arts & crafts, and children’s games… something to appeal to all ages. Rain or Shine!

Set amidst the beauty of Cutler Botanic Garden, this festival promises a captivating experience for attendees of all ages. The event will take place on Sunday, September 21st, from 12 pm to 4 pm at Cutler Botanic Garden located at 840 Upper Front Street, Binghamton, NY 13905.

Immerse yourself in the world of Shakespeare as you enjoy a day filled with live music, theater performances, and an array of costumed characters. The festival will feature an abridged version of William Shakespeare’s “Two Gentlemen of Verona,” by the Half Light Theater Company, musical performances by the Summer Savoyards, and M&M Harp and Flute Duo, as well as Morris Dancers, and modern dances inspired by Shakespeare throughout the garden by the “Purely Technique” dance company.

Children and adults can participate in face painting, arts & crafts, games, craft sales, selfie stations, scavenger hunts with prizes, and even a costume parade. There is much more including spinning demonstrations, vendors, raffles, and plant sales.

Admission to this event is free; however, donations are kindly encouraged to support the event and Cutler Botanic Garden. Much Ado in the Garden has been made possible, in part, by a generous project grant from the Broome County Arts Council’s United Cultural Fund.

Join us for our weekly dance - every Tuesday.
It begins at 7:00 PM with a 30 minute beginner lesson and 15 minute new move
Open dance begins at 7:45 and goes until 9:30 pm Different instructors and DJs every week.
All for a $5 Donation Most weeks the lesson is East Coast Swing, once per month the lesson is West Coast swing. Most of the music is suitable for East or West Coast Swing. Other music played is suitable for Cha Cha, Night Club Two Step, Waltz, Country Two Step, Hustle, rumba and Fox Trot.

THE TAMING
