Music in the Glen began the summer of 2020, when all other music events were cancelled because of covid. These concerts, in beautiful Glendale Park, permitted safe, isolated listening experiences, with easy parking, shaded listening under the trees, and pristine sound from the stage at shelter 1. MITG has received a United Cultural Fund grant from Broome County Arts Council for it's community concerts. We now have corporate and business sponsors, as we continue to grow. There's much more to a pond than fish, frogs, or turtles! Come on our to our pond safaris to find out for yourself. Participants will visit the pond and capture a variety of fascinating pond creatures to observe and learn about. Nets and containers will be provided, and all creatures will be released back into the pond at the program's end.

There will be three time slots to choose from. Registration is free but required, and please register all members of your group separately.
