The BAC Meet Up provides free artistic workshops to expand the artistic skills and practices of our local community and build connection.

This month, movement artist Megan Omohundro will lead "Dance in Joy." What do you live with that you know best? Your Body!! In this movement workshop, you will learn body awareness techniques, increase your sensory knowledge, and create dance phrases with community members. Join movement artist Megan Omohundro in exploring how movement helps us shape our understanding of ourselves, others, and the world, all while having fun.

This workshop is free and open to all adults. No theatre or dance experience necessary. We welcome all who wish to connect with others and expand their creative toolkit.

Childcare is available on site, though please register ahead of time.
