This class is a great opportunity to give yourself the space you need for rest and rejuvenation. Allowing yourself to disconnect from the outside world and daily pressures, the intention of this class is to create an environment where people feel safe enough to heal their energy. This free event serves as a gateway for individuals interested in learning how Reiki and Sound Healing works and to see if that’s something that can help benefit them on their healing journey. You can secure your spot in my class on the Vestal Public Library’s website by visiting their online Event Calendar!
