Carrie Smalser has been a hometown, Ovid, and Seneca County Photographer for over 15 years. her photography has been featured by Seneca County Chamber of Commerce in multiple online and print publications, Firehouse Magazine, and has been on the front pages of The Finger Lakes Times, and Ithaca Journal. She was asked to assist the Romulus Historical Society with photographing and documenting the Willard property. Carrie has been photographing the Willard grounds since 2009!
