Just in time for the holiday entertaining season, on November 12th, the Allegany-Cattaraugus-Chautauqua Fund for Women will host an instructor-led charcuterie class at the Wellsville Creative Arts Center (WCAC), with all proceeds to benefit the Fund. Seating is reserved for the first 30 ticket holders. Tickets may be purchased online: https://www.accffw.org/shop. All attendees will leave the class with a 9” charcuterie board that they make. A raffle of items, donated by local artisans and businesses, will take place.
