“The Great Give Back” is a community service initiative for public library patrons. This year we are honoring “Cornell Companions” who provide children opportunities to practice their skills by reading to dogs. Cornell Companions volunteers also visit children with disabilities, nursing home patients, hospital patients, and attend stress-reducing activities with college students. To show our support, we are collecting urgently needed supplies for SPCA of Tompkins County. Refer to the list on our website for items that can be dropped off at the library. https://newfieldpubliclibrary.org/
