BLOOM at The Y at Watson Woods is open to residents of NY & PA ages 15 - 18.
Session 1: July 7 -12
Session2: July 14 - 19
Applications open February 1
Priority will be granted to Tioga, Chemung, Broome, Steuben, Schuyler and Bradford counties and full scholarships will be available
