The Summer Savoyards present Gilbert & Sullivan’s supernaturally comic operetta “Ruddigore: The Witch’s Curse,” the story of young and virtuous nobleman seeking to escape a family curse, defy a portrait gallery full of angry ghosts, and woo the girl of his dreams. “Ruddigore” will be performed with full orchestra, fanciful sets, and sumptuous costumes. Now presenting their 63rd glorious season, the Savoyards' mission includes the educational experience of young talented people rubbing elbows with more seasoned performers and crew. The result is a delightful timeless romp infused with youthful vitality. Additional performances: 7:30 p.m. July 21 and 22.
