Screening & Discussion: “True Grit (1969)”
A drunken, hard-nosed U.S. Marshal and a Texas Ranger help a stubborn teenager track down her father’s murderer in the old American West. Andrew Patrick Nelson, Chief Curator of Western Spirit: Scottsdale’s Museum of the West, will join us virtually as our moderator to introduce the film and lead a Q&A afterwards.
Admission to this program is free, although donations are greatly appreciated.
This film is part of the “Into the Sunset” Western Film Series at the Cayuga Museum.
