America’s story is best told through the people who live it. As part of the America 250 Commemoration, BCAC invited community members to participate in The America 250 Project, a community-wide storytelling initiative celebrating the voices and lived experiences that shape our shared history.

Individuals of all ages and backgrounds have submitted personal and creative works reflecting memory, identity, heritage and belonging. Join us on Thursday, July 16 at 6:30PM for a live event featuring readings, film viewing, and an artist talk. This event is free and open to the public.
