Band Schedule
- Misty Blues BandMisty Blues Band is one of the hardest-working musical groups in New England. Celebrating their 25th year together, they recently released their fifteenth recording, Silver Lining, to rave reviews and extensive airing on Sirius XM’s Bluesville. Founder and lead vocalist Gina Coleman began her career in a folk rock group, but after appearing as an actor in a production of “A Raisin in the Sun,” several actors encouraged her to try the blues because her voice was so well suited for it. They weren’t wrong. She and her well-seasoned bandmates have carved a career out of paying homage to classic artists of the 20’s, 30’s and 40’s while creating new music of their own.
- Jimmie HallJimmy Hall first gained popularity as the lead vocalist, saxophonist, and harmonica player for the band Wet Willie. The band had several US Top 40 hits and appeared on television shows like American Bandstand and Solid Gold in the 1970s and 80s. Jimmy later joined his friend Jeff Beck as a collaborator and singer on several recordings and toured worldwide with the Jeff Beck Group from 2014 to 2019. His songs have been recorded by many well-known artists such as Gregg Allman, Jason Isbel and Blackberry Smoke. Jimmy has also been the bandleader and lead vocalist for Hank Williams, Jr., since 1992. He also makes frequent appearances with the Allman Family Revival Tour as a vocalist and harmonica player.
- Nick Moss Band wsg Dennis GruenlingNick Moss BandBlues guitar virtuoso Nick Moss and harmonica wizard Dennis Gruenling have been on a winning streak since they joined forces in 2016. Since that time they have produced two critically acclaimed recordings, and Moss has received a Blues Music Award as Best Traditional Male Artist, and Gruenling has received a BMA as Best Harmonica Player.Guitar hero Nick Moss has paid his dues gigging in Chicago blues clubs with some of the city’s greatest blues luminaries. His fiery fretwork, gruff soul-charged vocals, and memorable songs place him in a league of his own. New Jersey's Dennis Gruenling is considered among today's best harmonica players. His high-energy, full-throttle playing has earned him comparisons to the late James Cotton. Together they form one of the hottest bands on the contemporary blues circuit.

Deepen your connection to nature through the fun and meaningful practice of nature journaling! Nature journaling rests at the intersection of science and art, using observation, curiosity, and creative thinking to spark wonder and change the way we look at the natural world. Join one of our CCE nature educators to learn the basics of starting a nature journal, look closely at native plants, and participate in easy and fun guided sketching activities. While nature journaling is a wonderful skill to cultivate for all ages, this program is primarily targeted toward adults.
Paper and writing utensils will be provided; however, you are also welcome to bring your own journal or sketchpad.
