Two Democratic candidates looking to challenge Republican Nick Langworthy in the midterms for the 23rd Congressional District seat will begin collecting signatures Feb. 24 for ballot positions in the June primaries.

Langworthy, a Republican, represents New York’s 23rd congressional district, including Tioga and Chemung counties and parts of Schuyler and Steuben counties.
