The Binghamton Community Orchestra welcomes guest conductor Evan Meccarello for a concert of music by Ludwig van Beethoven, Alexander Borodin, Stephanie Berg. Maurice Ravel, as well as excerpts from Georges Bizet's opera Carmen sung by mezzo-soprano Jessica Best. Evan Meccarello joins us to talk about the concert, his busy conducting schedule, and when he gets to play his own instrument, the violin.
