Beloved Artistic Community Meet Up
Join us for this month's Beloved Artistic Community Meet Up: Introduction to Rasaboxes with Paula Murray Cole.
Join us for an evening learning Rasaboxes, a playful approach to embodying emotions through the use of breath, body, voice, and sensation. This workshop is for adult participants. You will learn to find physical form for eight basic emotional archetypes, then to relate to other players in a series of step-by-step, guided improvisations designed to explore its dynamic combinations and possibilities.
