Join AFAA/NASM certified instructor Allison Ellis for Dance Your Way Fit, a fun, high-energy, low-impact dance fitness class. Each week introduces a new dance style in an easy-to-follow format designed to boost movement, confidence, and joy. This class is accessible for all fitness levels and is a great way to stay active while having fun.
In this class, you will:
Learn a new dance style each week in an approachable format
Enjoy a low-impact, high-energy workout suitable for all levels
Improve cardiovascular health, coordination, and endurance
Build strength and mobility through dance-based movement
Boost energy and confidence in a positive, supportive space
Have fun while moving to great music and uplifting routines
Sneakers, a towel, and a water bottle are required.
