Holocaust Commemoration Lecture
Jud Newborn, coauthor of Sophie Scholl and the White Rose, will give a talk on Holocaust Remembrance Day about the group of University of Munich students who defied the Nazi Regime by distributing anti-Nazi leaflets. Sophie Scholl, her brother Hans, and fellow student Christoph Probst were executed after a show trial for their resistance activities.
