Celebrate National Trails Day and upgrades at the beloved Moss Lake Preserve, including a wheelchair accessible trail, boardwalk and viewing platform, and a fully accessible picnic area with an ADA-compliant picnic table that overlooks the postglacial, 15-acre bog lake designated a National Natural Landmark by the National Park Service in 1973.

There will be a guided hike, and a community picnic in the afternoon (bring your own picnic). The Nature Conservancy’s steward, Alison Agresta will answer questions and share interesting facts about Moss Lake.
