Paintfest is Upstate New York's Largest interactive art program for Children. Organized and run by the Oneonta World of Learning annually. Each year has a different theme, this years theme is Space. Children will be asked to engage in a variety of art activities with a Space focus. Many people think space means outer space but space can mean much more!
