A day of Yoga in the beautiful, lush, and serene vineyards at Hunt Country.
Crafted and led by our local friend and passionate Yoga instructor Jan Corning. Jan has partnered with Carrie Kane, Meg Myers and Margaret Vlymen to create a deep experience of restorative Yoga, meaningful meditation, relaxation, yummy local food, and nutrition.

1:30pm: Kundalini Yoga with Carrie Kane in Hunt Country's historic Barn
Kundalini yoga is a 5,000 year old science and technology that combines breath, mantra, and physical postures to affect and strengthen the glandular system, nervous system, and the physical and energetic systems of the body.
Designed to work fast to clear the subconscious mind, balance, ground and align the energies, Kundalini Yoga gives us the mental sovereignty to stay focused to a higher frequency. This positive current cultivates our intuition. And it keeps us aligned with our soul’s true purpose.
Kundalini Yoga was specifically designed to help us deal with stress and thrive, especially during these pressurized times. Class ends with a 15 minute gong bath relaxation. You will leave class feeling strong, clear, grounded, and more connected to your authentic self.
3pm: Sustainability Tour with Wine led by Suzanne Hunt, begins in the tasting room
Suzanne is co-owner of Hunt Country Vineyards and a sustainability professional. After helping you choose a tasty glass of wine, she will field all of your questions about environmentally healthy options available to you — from turning your lawn into a lush pollinator oasis, to switching to quiet emissions free heat pumps for heating and cooling. She will lead you on an indoor and outdoor tour and using Hunt Country's efforts and practices in sustainability as examples of what’s possible right here to improve your wellbeing and contribute to enhanced community-wide resilience.
4pm: Conclusion around our beautiful stone fire pit to reflect on the day.
