Please note: Binghamton’s St. Patrick’s Day parade is happening at 1:30 Saturday. Court Street will be closed from Fayette Street westward to Main and Edwards, with staging areas on Henry Street. Try to approach Christ Church from the north. On-street parking will be at a premium anywhere downtown but the Boscovs parking ramp may be possible.
