Join AFAA/NASM certified instructor Allison Ellis for Dance Your Way Fit, a fun, high-energy, low-impact dance fitness class. Each week introduces a new dance style in an easy-to-follow format designed to boost movement, confidence, and joy. This class is accessible for all fitness levels and is a great way to stay active while having fun.
In this class, you will:

This is the ideal course for individuals wanting to gain skills necessary for entry level employment in the landscaping industry. This course aims to provide practical experience in designing and maintaining landscapes. Topics include landscape drawing and design, safety, equipment and tool operation, turf and lawn care, plant identification, irrigation, plant installation and maintenance. This class is for ages 16+.Class meets Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday April 7-10
The Vestal Museum will have on display various Girl Scout memorabilia, photos, and informative text that will explore 114 years of Girl Scouts as part of not only United States history, but of the significant part Girl Scout founder Juliette Gordon Low played in advancing global understanding, friendships among people from many nations, and world peace.
Tours of the museum are welcome during regular museum hours of Weds 9am-1pm, Thurs 5pm-9pm, Saturdays 9am-3pm, and Sundays noon-4pm. Due to the small size of the museum, please keep groups to approximately 15 people.
An exhibit opening will happen on March 7th from noon-3pm with display talks and activities.

Tioga Arts Council (TAC) is pleased to present its Tioga County Middle & High School Student Exhibition. It will open on First Friday, April 3, from 5 - 8 p.m. at 179 Front St., Owego. After the opening, the exhibition will be on view from April 4 - 25, 2026, Wed. through Sat. from 12 - 4 p.m..The exhibition features work from Candor, Newark Valley, Owego, Spencer Van Etten, and Tioga Central. Join us for our weekly dance - every Tuesday.It begins at 7:00 PM with a 30 minute beginner lesson and 15 minute new moveOpen dance begins at 7:45 and goes until 9:30 pm Different instructors and DJs every week.All for a $5 Donation Most weeks the lesson is East Coast Swing, once per month the lesson is West Coast swing. Most of the music is suitable for East or West Coast Swing. Other music played is suitable for Cha Cha, Night Club Two Step, Waltz, Country Two Step, Hustle, rumba and Fox Trot.

Egg-Citing Animal Adventures
Join us for a fun-filled day of discovery during spring break!
Kids will embark on an outdoor exploration looking for amphibian eggs in our ponds and vernal pool! Learn about the different egg laying animals through an animal show including a snake, frog, and owl! And we will wrap up the day with an egg drop to learn about the protective strategies eggs use!
Registration is required.
Dress for the weather (especially rain boots and a change of clothes), bring a lunch and don’t forget your water.
Join Us! Free and fun workshops for the community since January, 2023. No experience necessary. It's fun! Using the principles of improvisation, these workshops/FUNshops help participants destress, release their creativity, improve communication skills, gain confidence, and more! A great additional benefit is finding new friends who will connect you to other fun community activities/groups. Participants come from all walks of life with our ages spanning from mature teens to our sixties, and we all support each other!
There is no fee charged and no registration required. Come when you can, participate as you desire (or just watch), leave when you must. Mature 16-year-olds and older are welcome. Cheap snacks are available. Free, large lighted parking lot.
